- Yes. The bulk of our weekly route is Paradise Valley, North Scottsdale, McCormick Ranch, Gainey, and the Camelback corridor. We know the HOA conventions and the gate codes for the bigger communities.
- October: we scalp the Bermuda low, overseed with perennial rye, top-dress, and walk you through the watering schedule for week one. April: we cut the rye back to let the Bermuda come up clean. Both are billed as part of the Seasonal Reset — no surprise add-ons.
- Yes. Spencer holds active Arizona credentials for irrigation and hardscape contracting and is a certified arborist. Tree and palm work is done by trained climbers, not contracted out.
- Yes. About a third of our route is commercial — class-A office, a few resort properties, and HOA common areas. We carry general liability and workers’ comp on every crew member; happy to send the certificate to your property manager.
- Flat-rate monthly billing on the 1st for the month ahead. One invoice, no per-visit add-ons unless we agreed to extra work in writing first. Auto-pay is optional, never required.
- Yes. Each property has a lead and a regular crew. If we ever need to swap in another team because of vacation, you’ll know in advance and Spencer will walk it himself the first visit.
